A delicious recipe for Gin Cup, with gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice, mint and ice.
Ingredients
3 oz gin
1 tsp sugar syrup
3/4 - 1 oz lemon juice
3 mint sprigs
ice
Method
Place the mint sprigs and sugar syrup in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
Stir about to bruise the mint slightly.
Fill the glass with chopped / shaved ice.
Add the lemon juice and gin and stir until a frost begins to form.
Decorate with extra mint sprigs, and serve.
Serve

A delicious recipe for Baileys Irish Cream, with sweetened condensed milk, Carnation® creamy evaporated milk, Scotch whisky, vanilla extract, glycerine, instant coffee and water.
Ingredients
400 g can sweetened condensed milk
375 ml can Carnation creamy evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups Scotch whisky
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp glycerine
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp boiling water
Method
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, Scotch whiskey, vanilla essence and glycerine to a saucepan.
Stir well.
Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Mix in.
Chill.
Add cream if desired.
