Breakfast Sausage Apple Pie

1 pkg sausage links

1 pkg pie crust mix

1 can apple pie filling

1 c shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 c light brown sugar — firmly packed

Cook sausages in a large skillet until weel browned; drain on paper towelin g.

Prepare half of the piecrust mix following label directions.
Roll out to a 12-inch round on a lightly floured surface; fit into a 9-inch pie plate;

trim overhang to 1/2 inch; turn under flush with rim; flute edge.
Prick shell well with a fork.

Bake in a moderate oven (375F) for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven to rack.

Spoon apple pie filling into partially baked shell; arrange cooked sausage, spoke fashion, on pie filling; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
5.
Combine remaining half of piecrust mix with brown sugar in a small bowl, sp rinkle over top of pie.
Return to oven.
Bake an additional 25 minutes or unti l crust is golden brown.
Serve warm.

Ingredients  
2-3 pound chuck roast  
2 each vegetables, bags, frozen, large for stew  
2 each cream of mushroom soup, cans  
1 each onion soup mix, package  
       
Directions:
Put in the crockpot the meat, 2 1/2 cups of water, the soup on the top of the meat put the vegetables on top of the soup.
Turn on your crockpot to LOW, if cooking 8 or more hours, or HIGH, if 6 or less hours.
When you get home it will be ready to eat.

Flour Tortilla 2 Eggs

1/4 ts Buttermilk

Salt Pepper 1 Strip of bacon, cooked crisp

Refried beans Chili Verde Mozzarella, Cheddar and - Monterey Jack cheese, - shredded, as desired Heat tortilla on hot grill. Beat eggs with buttermilk, salt and pepper; scramble until set but not hard.
Spread scrambled eggs on warmed tortilla.
Top with a strip of crisply cooked bacon, refied beans, Chili Verde.
Sprinkle heavily with cheeses; roll up.
Smother with Chili Verde, if desired.
Buzz in microwave oven until cheese is melted.
Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 2 minutes
